Full-arch patient acquisition

10X Dental Marketing

A lead is the beginning, not the outcome. Build a connected path from first interest to a conversation your practice can move forward.

Paid media → Website experience → Trained outreachA connected consultation journey.

What is full-arch patient acquisition?

Full-arch patient acquisition is the process of attracting prospective implant patients, responding to their inquiries and helping them schedule a consultation. It combines marketing and operational follow-through. A scheduled consultation is not a treatment commitment, and clinical suitability must be evaluated by the practice.

Four steps. One connected system.

10X connects paid media, website experience, trained call-center outreach and consultation scheduling. Each stage should make the next stage easier for both the prospect and the practice.

01

Reach relevant prospects

Search campaigns respond to active questions. Meta and YouTube can build awareness before someone searches for a practice. Match your message to the audience’s stage rather than expecting every click to carry the same intent.

02

Make the next step clear

A practice-first page should answer what service is offered, who provides it and how to request a consultation. Use genuine images and approved explanations; do not imply that submitting a form establishes treatment eligibility.

03

Connect the inquiry to the office

Trained outreach helps move a form or call into a real conversation. Define who responds, how appointment availability is handled and when the practice takes over clinical questions.

Find the point where the journey breaks.

Before increasing spend, look at the funnel stage by stage. If inquiries are not reached, more traffic may amplify the same problem. If consultations are booked but not attended, the appointment experience deserves attention.

01

Inquiry to conversation

Review how many inquiries turn into two-way conversations and why others do not. Incorrect contact information, unclear expectations and missed handoffs are different issues and need different responses.

02

Conversation to consultation

Look at scheduled consultations in context: service interest, location, availability and the prospect’s questions. A booking count alone cannot tell you whether the campaign is reaching the right people.

03

Consultation to practice outcome

Distinguish scheduled from attended consultations. Review downstream outcomes with the practice, keeping clinical assessment and treatment acceptance separate from marketing activity.

The channel is part of the plan.

Questions worth asking.

Is patient acquisition the same as lead generation?

No. Lead generation produces inquiries. Patient acquisition looks at the broader journey, including response, consultation scheduling and practice follow-through. A form submission alone does not mean a new patient or accepted treatment.

Should we increase ad spend if consultations are low?

Not automatically. First check where the loss occurs: reaching prospects, page conversion, outreach, scheduling or attendance. That diagnosis helps identify whether the problem is media, messaging or the handoff.

What should a practice measure?

Useful stages include inquiries, two-way conversations, scheduled consultations and attended consultations. Define each stage consistently and use the practice’s feedback alongside campaign data.

Does 10X handle follow-up?

Trained call-center outreach is part of the connected 10X approach. Discuss how it would work with your existing team and appointment process during your demo.

Start with your own practice: explore the full-arch assessment or request your practice demo.
